LTK Homes Pty Ltd is owned and operated by husband and wife team Lance and Tracy Kirby and their team of professionals.

Lance and Tracy were both born and bred in the local area and have a vast knowledge of the industry.

Lance has over 23 years of experience in the building industry and is a third generation carpenter. He has travelled the world in various aspects of Project Management in residential, commercial and infrastructure. LTK Homes is now in it's eighth year of business, having built many beautiful homes in the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Tracy's Sales Manager experience in the Beauty and Real Estate industries in Australia and overseas has given her the knowledge and understanding on the customer experience and knows that service, trust and quality are of high importance to our customers.

LTK Homes Pty Ltd have a great team that work hard to look after their clients and build their dream homes. All our trades and suppliers are sourced locally and we pride ourselves on community. We specialise in all aspects of construction from New Home Builds, Knock Down Rebuilds , Duplex's and Granny Flats.
